Data Entry Associate

Position is open for an Accounts/ Data Entry Associate with good language and computer skills for supporting roles in the accounts department.

You should possess excellent knowledge in using the Tally ERP software, and Microsoft Office apps- Excel & Word, along with proficiency in the English language- both written and spoken. You will assist in establishing a smooth financial workflow by implementing workflows and systems as entrusted to you by the management.

• Assisting in timely compliance of GST, TDS and other taxation related matters

• Assisting in the end-to-end invoicing process of the company bills

• HR compliance & submission of documentation to clients while maintaining full coordination with various departmental concerns as and when required

• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Ensuring the enforcement of proper accounting methods, policies and principles

• Assisting in the coordination and completion of annual audits

• Assist in the daily operations of the accounting department

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions by discussing with management

• Ensure compliance and accuracy as per the assigned tasks to you

• Meet financial accounting objectives

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction
